Manteau usé transformé - worn out coat transformed
Mon manteau préféré était usé aux coudes, derrière et au col, on voyait le noir en dessous et plus la couleur d'origine, ça devenait fin à ces endroits, donc j'ai cherché une veste en maille et une écharpe de la même couleur pétrol. Malgré que ce n'était plus la couleur mode de l'année, comme d'habitude j'ai attiré ce que je désirais et j'ai donc simplement cousu la veste sur mon manteau et l'écharpe autour du col et voilà que j'ai un manteau beaucoup plus chaud qui tiendra encore des années. J'ai aussi mis les fleurs en feutre autour du bas décoré avec des swarovski et des pierres semi précieuses ( pas encore fini haha)
My favorite coat was worn out at the elbows, behind and around the collar, you could see the black material underneath and not the original colour anymore, it had become thin in those areas, so I looked for a wool jacket and scarf of the same petrol colour. Although this colour wasn't in fashion that year, as usual, I attracted what I desired and so I simply sewed the jacket onto my coat and the scarf around my collar and yeah I had a much warmer coat that will be good for years to come. I also put felt flowers around the bottom decorated with swarovski and semi precious stones ( not yet finished haha)
